Who we are
Oddly Human Studio is a Robots & Co. company. Robots & Co. is the data controller for the information you send us through this website. Contact: hello@robotsandcompany.com.
What we collect
When you use the "Start a project" form we collect your business name and type, website or Instagram, the services you're interested in, posting and filming preferences, ad budget band, main goal, your name, email address and preferred start date. We do not ask for your phone number.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interests in responding to a request you made, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We don't use your details for marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell them.
Where it's stored
Enquiries are stored securely in our hosted database and may be emailed to our team inbox. Only our team can read them. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf under contract.
How long we keep it
If we don't go on to work together, we delete enquiry details within 12 months. If we do, we keep them for as long as needed to run the work and meet legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict its use. Email hello@robotsandcompany.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
